How it works

Four steps fromtopic to certificate.

We do everything in between, but no step moves forward without your approval.

01

You write the topic

You write what you want to explain in one sentence. You also decide who it is for, how long it will take and how deep it will go. If you have a regulation, procedure or presentation, you can upload that too; the content then stays tied to that document.

  • You are never left alone with a blank page
  • You can provide your own document as the source
  • Your organisation’s language and examples are used

The draft comes to you

Headings, narration text, examples and exam questions are prepared. This is not a finished product but a draft for you to work on: you change a sentence, add a section, delete a question you do not like.

  • You can see and change every sentence
  • You can add and remove sections
  • Questions can be rewritten from scratch

03

Design and voice arrive

The content you approved is placed on slides, visuals are produced and the narration is voiced. The timeline sets itself according to the voice. A slide you do not like can be regenerated with one click.

  • Your logo and colours are applied
  • One slide or all of them can be regenerated
  • If you change the text, the voice is renewed too

04

You publish it

The training enters the catalogue and you choose who receives it. The employee signs in from a computer or phone and continues where they left off. The certificate of whoever completes it is produced automatically.

  • A person, a unit or the whole organisation
  • The system sends the reminders
  • The certificate is verified by QR code

Frequently asked

What people ask

Minutes for a simple topic. It depends on how much you correct; most organisations publish their first training the same day.

Nothing that is prepared goes live without you seeing it. If you upload a source document, the content stays tied to it; no invented information is produced.

You can hand over your existing presentation or text and use only the design, voice-over and distribution steps.

The distribution side runs in the browser. For the preparation side, an application is installed on your computer; we do the installation together.

Yes. The content you prepare belongs to you; you can export it and move it to another system.

We’ll show you in twenty minutes.

We listen to your organisation’s training needs and show what we can do, live. A screen share, not a sales pitch.
