Your datais yours.

We write this not as a marketing line but as the way we work. We also put every item below in the contract.

Your data stays in Europe

Everything you use (the trainings you prepare, your staff list, completion records) is stored on servers inside the European Union.

Your organisation’s data is kept separate

Each organisation’s data stays in its own space. A user from one organisation cannot see any record of another.

Who did what is recorded

Every action in the system (who changed what, and when) is logged. The record an audit asks for is ready.

Access depends on role

Not everyone sees everything. The training lead, the unit manager and the employee see different things.

If you leave, your data leaves with you

You can export the trainings you prepared and the completion records whenever you like. We do not hold your data hostage.

Contracts are ready

The data-protection notice, the data processing agreement and the confidentiality commitment are in your hands at the first meeting.

Where data flows

Where does your content pass through?

The path your data follows while a training is prepared: what is stored at which step, what is temporary and what is never stored.

Frequently asked questions

No. The documents you upload are used only to prepare your own content; they are not given to model training and do not appear in any other organisation’s content.

For the period set in the contract. It is deleted when the period ends; you can also ask for earlier deletion.

Above a certain scale this is a topic we can discuss. Let us listen to your need and assess it together.

In an incident that affects your data, your organisation’s representative is informed directly; what happened and what was done is shared in writing.

Let your legal team ask.

We can share the data-protection notice, the data processing agreement and the confidentiality commitment before the first meeting.
